Ingredients:
Chow chow - 1 (chopped as small cubes)
Grated coconut - 4 tbsp
Lime juice - 5 tbsp
Ginger - 1/4 tsp(shredded)
Thalidham - 1 tbsp
Soaked or cooked peanuts - handful
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp(chopped)
Curry leaves - 8
Mix all the ingredients together and serve immediately.
Vegetables like Wintermelon, cucumber, snake gourd(pudalangaai), ridge gourd(peerkkangaai) can be substituted for chow chow.
